Me being confused because I put my running socks o Me being confused because I put my running socks on before the rest of my outfit. Not my usual order of ops. 

Key sessions specific to my 5K pace goal will occur every other week until my first race in June. In between those workouts, my focus will jump from efforts slower than pace (close to 10k or 15k, my favorite speeds to work at) and some faster than pace (mile effort). The idea is to boost all systems to make 5K pace feel as smooth as possible. 

This sesh: 800m reps @ 10k pace. Will be useful when I start training for that distance in the fall!
