Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter, melted and cooled slightly
  • 1/3 cup dill pickle brine
  • 1 tbsp dried dill
  • 2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 3 cups mini pretzel twists
  • 2 cups corn Chex
  • 1 1/2 cups white cheddar Goldfish
  • 1 1/2 cups Cheez-its (I like "extra toasty")

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line two large baking sheets with parchment
  • Whisk together the melted butter, pickle brine, dill, parsley, garlic, and onion powders, as well as a pinch of black pepper.
  • In a very large bowl, measure in the pretzels, Chex, Goldfish, and Cheez Its. Pour in the spiced butter and mix for 2-3 minutes with a large wooden spoon or you CLEAN hands, until very well combined.
  • Divide the snack mix onto the prepared baking sheets, spreading the components in an even layer. Bake 15-20 minutes, turning once halfway through, until lightly golden in spots and crisp. Let cool on the baking sheets – the mix will continue to crisp up.
  • When fully cool, pour into a large serving platter and dig in!
