With a spoon, swipe a little bit of the coconut yogurt on the inside of each glass.
In a blender, combine all ingredients except the fresh strawberries, starting with 1 1/4 cup of the milk of your choice. Blend until smooth and creamy. If you desire a thinner smoothie, add a couple tablespoons more milk and blend again until you achieve the right texture.
Pour into your favorite smoothie glass and top with a fresh strawberry.
