strawberry coconut cloud smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 cups milk of choice
  • fresh strawberries, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • With a spoon, swipe a little bit of the coconut yogurt on the inside of each glass.
  • In a blender, combine all ingredients except the fresh strawberries, starting with 1 1/4 cup of the milk of your choice. Blend until smooth and creamy. If you desire a thinner smoothie, add a couple tablespoons more milk and blend again until you achieve the right texture.
  • Pour into your favorite smoothie glass and top with a fresh strawberry.
