*Peach puree...I prefer to blitz a can of drained peaches in my blender for my puree - the result is typically much smoother than with fresh peaches. If you'd like to use a fresh peach, peel it first and remove the pit, then run through your blender. Both methods will yield more than you need for this recipe and the remainder will last about a week, sealed, in the fridge.
