lucky charms martini
Your golden ticket to weekend bliss.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Lucky Charms cereal (cereal + green marshmallows only!)
- 1 cup whipped cream vodka
- 1 tbsp marshmallow fluff
- assorted Lucky Charms marshmallows
- 2 oz white chocolate liqueur
- 1 oz heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 oz simple syrup (use to taste)
- 1 drop green gel dye
Instructions
- In a jar, combine the Lucky Charms cereal + green marshmallows (you don't need many!) with the vodka. Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes until nice and green. Strain the vodka and discard the cereal. This infusion will make enough for 2-3 drinks.
- Using a spoon on your clean finger, swipe the marshmallow fluff around the rim of a coupe glass. Attach various colors of Lucky Charms marshmallows to the fluff until the rim is covered.
- In a shaker, combine 2 oz of the vodka, white chocolate liqueur, heavy cream, simple syrup, and dye. Add ice and shake until cold. Strain into your coupe glass and embrace your inner leprechaun. Sláinte!
Notes
*Whipped cream vodka: Regular or vanilla vodka are fine substitutes if you can't find or don't want to buy whipped cream vodka!
