Ingredients

  • 3 cups tomato juice
  • 1 1/2 cups apple cider
  • 1 cup vodka
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin butter
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cloves
  • 2-3 tsp hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • apple slices and celery sticks, for garnish

Instructions

  • In a pitcher, combine all the ingredients, stirring until well blended. Keep in mind the spice granules will not incorporate completely. Taste and adjust spiciness level as needed.
  • Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours, but preferably overnight. Stir well before pouring into glasses. Garnish with apple slices and celery sticks, as desired.

Notes

*Old Bay rim...Toss 1 tbsp coarse salt (I like Maldon salt) with 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning on a shallow plate. Brush the rim of a tall glass with honey, then dip into the salt mixture, swirling and twirling to coat.
